- Welcome & Intro – Adam Nugent, President of HANCSM
- Police Report – Lieutenant Ryan Monaghan
- North Central will be welcoming Lt. Ryan Monaghan, our new Patrol Lieutenant, to our December General meeting. He will provide our community with an update on police activity and programs in our region. San Mateo’s dedicated Police Department plays a key role in supporting the wellbeing of our neighborhood and making North Central a safe and dynamic place to live.
- Guest Presentation: King Field Project Update – Paul Council, Community Services Manager
- Provide an update on the King Field renovation. Paul present a short presentation on the project and there will be time for community questions and feedback.
- HANCSM Board Nominations – Anyone interested in joining the HANCSM board will have an opportunity to volunteer.
- Halftime – Meet a neighbor!
- HANCSM Board Elections – Community votes on the next group of HANCSM board members.
- Guest Presentation: ADUs & Home for All – Caleb Smith, County of San Mateo
- Talk about the county’s housing and mobility work through the Home for All program. Review the new laws and benefits of accessory dwelling units (in-law units) and answer community questions.
