WHAT: Two Topics:
1) Potential ballot measure to amend Measure Y to allow for the building heights and densities in General Plan 2040
2) Quiet Zone: Provide your insights on the improvements & design alternatives on Villa Terrace and East Bellevue Avenue to establish a Quiet Zone.
