The City is updating the General Plan, which is a road map for the City’s future (through 2040). The General Plan contains policies that will be used by future decision makers regarding topics such as housing, transportation, safety, parks and open space, and how the city adapts to climate change. Community input is a vitally important part of the process to update the General Plan.
The General Plan project team are preparing draft alternatives which will be shared at community events in March. Come check out the draft alternatives at one of the Open House events and bring a friend!
