Get Healthy San Mateo County (SMC), senior community health planner will share an overview of Get Healthy SMC, present a North Central neighborhood profile, and lift up ways to partner with Get Healthy SMC. We hope these resources and data can serve North Central residents to inform policies and programs that will help make our neighborhood thrive.
