We are excited to be able to offer discount tickets for the 2nd Annual Dare to be Digital Conference to be held tomorrow at the Oracle Conference Center!
Explore exciting careers in science and technology at this unique collaboration between technology companies, educators, parents and community organizations at the Dare 2B Digital Conference.
Highlights:
The intent of the conference is to open the eyes of young women (7th to 10th grade) to the pervasiveness of computing technologies in their everyday life and to the wide spectrum of exciting and creative careers that leverage an education in computer science or electrical engineering. Throughout the day – in labs, workshops, keynotes and a meet-a-mentor luncheon, students interact with industry experts to gain exposure and an inside look at careers in business and technology.
The normal registration fee per student for this workshop is $45. We have a special Black Girls CODE discounted rate of $25 which is a fantastic deal! Please email me at future@blackgirlscode.com as soon as possible if you would like to attend the conference tomorrow and I will let you know further instructions/details.
