This year’s North Central winner is a quaint cottage style home owned by Mr. & Mrs. Alberto Rios located at 267 Monte Diablo. This home was actually nominated by last year’s winner, Gene Fleet who has long admired the lovely gardens that Mr. Rios constantly maintains year round.
The front garden is currently in full bloom with a variety of tulips, daffodils and annuals.
The 3rd Annual San Mateo United Homeowners Home Maintenance Awards was held on April 2nd at City Hall.
