Marrow Donor Drive
date: Sunday June 12
from: 9am to 12noon

location: Peninsula Jewish Community Center, 800 Foster City Blvd

Amaey Shah, an engaging, fun-loving 8 year old boy who loves science,

legos, cooking and his friends and family, was diagnosed with Leukemia

(ALL) in 2005 and has been in treatment since. Amaey recently was

diagnosed with an additional aggressive form of Leukemia, called AML.

Amaey is in need of a bone marrow transplant and needs your help!

Registration involves completing a health history form and giving a swab of cheek cells, all of which takes about 10 minutes. To join the registry, you must be between the ages of 18‐60 and meet certain health guidelines. Although Amaey is most likely to match with a donor from the South Asian- Indian community,
Donors of all nationalities are welcome and may match others on the registry.

Please help us find a match !
