The City of San Mateo has been looking at ways to improve the Poplar Street on/offramp access to 101, and we have a new date for the workshop originally scheduled for February 23rd. The new community workshop date is:
Wednesday, May 18, 2011
Main Library’s Oak Room
Registration: 5:30pm
Presentation and Small Group Discussion: 6pm-7:30pm
To recap, at the May workshop, we will be reviewing the various project options and their impacts. The upcoming workshop will allow more time to better understand the options and to offer more opportunity for discussion.
For those who would like to take extra time to review the updated traffic analysis prior to the workshop, you will be able to find the document posted online no later than 5pm on Friday, May 6th.
Here’s the project Web site and workshop details Folks just engaging in the process can also find the recap of past workshops and Public Works Commission (PWC) meetings on the Web site.
Please call or email Sheri Costa-Batis at 650.522.7334 if you have any immediate questions.
Thank you very much.
